Returns

Due to health, safety, and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products.

Eligible products may be returned only if:

  • The item was received damaged.

  • The wrong item was received.

  • The product arrived defective.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used hair powders (Henna, Sidr, Al Mashat, Date Seed Powder, and similar products)

  • Opened or used hair oils

  • Opened or used hydrosol sprays

  • Gift boxes with opened or missing contents

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear after delivery

  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items

Refunds

If your return is approved, the item must be returned for inspection before a refund is issued.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by Bilan Beauty LLC.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report issues within 48 hours may affect our ability to provide a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before processing and shipment.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
