Returns
Due to health, safety, and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products.
Eligible products may be returned only if:

Products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Refunds
If your return is approved, the item must be returned for inspection before a refund is issued.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by Bilan Beauty LLC.
